At The Ferm, we hate wasting food. So when we had a small batch of kimchi that had fermented a little further than planned, we asked ourselves one question: What else could it become?
The answer was Kimchi Jam!!
Sweet, savoury, tangy and gently spicy, it’s a rich kimchi relish that somehow works on everything.
What started as a zero-waste experiment has quickly become a team favourite, and after everyone kept taking jars home, we thought it was only fair to share it with you too.
