This is the vegan take on our family recipe. It has the perfect balance of sour and salty flavours with a little bit of spice. Just like traditional kimchi, it has that rich, umami flavour. Our secret ingredients? Kelp (to make it more fishy) and 'cheung', a homemade syrup that's fermented for months. So, it's packed with probiotics. Yum!

INGREDIENTS	Napa Cabbage (83.4%), Onion, Salt, Broth [Water, Shiitake Mushroom, Kelp], Gochugaru, Garlic, Mooli, Leeks, Ginger, Cheong, Persimmons, Cooked Rice Powder, Carrots, Spring Onion.

STORAGE	Refrigerate and eat within three months of opening. Minimize saliva exposure.

Yummy everyday kimchi

Really loving this kimchi. I love the taste and it’s just the right amount of spicy. Love adding it to recipes and snacks and it always elevated my meals.

The jars both leaked in the packaging box and one of the jar lids was damaged. The liquid continuously leaked out of the jars without being opened and once I opened it there was hardly any liquid left in the top half. Pretty disappointed for the price I paid for 2 jars and postage
