Because we don’t pasteurise our products, the microbes are still alive and active. That means all of our products need to be chilled at all times, even during transport. We ship next-day delivery with ice packs.
Orders placed before 12pm will be processed on the same day. Orders placed from 12pm onwards will be processed the next working day.
Consequently, all orders made within our operating hours of 09:00 - 18:00 will be processed within a maximum of 2 working days from the time they were placed.
For UK orders, shipping prices are determined on a 'by weight' basis. We offer a Priority (Next Day) shipping option and Free Shipping for all UK orders over £50.
Next Day shipping for orders <2kg: £5
Next Day shipping for orders 2-10kg: £7 (may vary depending on weight).
