When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason (e.g., stock issues, delivery limitations).

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control.

Please refrigerate our products immediately upon receipt.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged.
